Thryft Ship was born in a post office line, built by someone who knows exactly what it feels like to run a shop out of your DMs at 11pm.

Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here.

I started selling on Instagram the same way a lot of you did: a few things I loved, a phone, and a comment section that somehow turned into a business. I also learned the hard part fast. The copy-paste DMs. The “wait, who won the green jacket?” spiral at midnight. The notes app full of addresses. And yes, the very long post office lines.

I looked for a tool that understood how I actually sold, and I couldn’t find one. Everything was built for big online stores, not for a shop that lives in your DMs. So I decided to build the thing I wished I’d had. Something that quietly handles the repetitive parts and hands the real conversations right back to you.

That’s the whole heart of Thryft Ship. It’s not here to replace you or sound like a robot in your comments. It’s here so you can keep the part you love (your people, your finds, your voice) and let go of the part that keeps you up at night.

How it started

What started as a way to skip the post office line slowly turned into something bigger: the first set of tools built for the way people actually sell today. Live, social, and personal.

Piece by piece, sellers told us what still hurt, and we built it. Today Thryft Ship watches your comments during a drop, sends the winner DMs and checkout links, collects addresses, gets you the lowest USPS label rates, and keeps your orders and payments in one place, with money landing in your account, not ours.

The assistant catches bids and sends checkout links by matching patterns. It’s not a chatbot talking to your customers. Any AI is optional, and only helps you prep a drop.

Every sale collects in your own Stripe balance, and you pay it out to your bank whenever you like. Our checkout is a small 2% on items, and Venmo sales are always fee-free.

Every feature comes from a real frustration we lived: packing boxes, chasing addresses, standing in that line. We’re building the tool we needed.
