How It All Began
Alli’s story is rooted in her love for finding hidden treasures in thrift stores. “I’ve always loved thrifting and finding treasures,” Alli shares. She noticed that many people either don’t enjoy spending hours sifting through items or simply don’t have the time. This inspired her to create a service where customers can easily shop for second-hand items at great prices.
She started her business by posting items from her closet on Instagram. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and her follower count quickly grew. Today, @shopthrift4me is a go-to destination for thrift lovers seeking unique and affordable piec.
Rewarding Aspects
For Alli, the most rewarding part of her business is the community she’s built. “Meeting people all over the world and the community of people that support me has been amazing,” she says. The support and connections she’s made keep her motivated and passionate about her work. The encouragement and enthusiasm from her followers and customers drive her to continue finding and sharing incredible thrifted items.
Alli’s biggest role model is her mom, who taught her how to find joy and value in everyday life. As for the items that are most liked by her customers, Free People, linen pieces, and vintage finds top the list.
