Is Thryft Ship really free?
Yes. Collecting orders and printing discounted USPS labels is free — no subscription. Taking payments is optional (a simple 2% + processing fee), and the Sales Assistant is an optional $29.99/mo add-on.
Do I have to use the Sales Assistant?
Nope. Use Thryft Ship just to collect orders and ship, add payments when you want, or switch on the Sales Assistant to go fully hands-off. Start anywhere and grow into more.
How do my buyers pay?
With payments turned on, buyers check out with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You decide who covers the processing fee.
Do my customers need an app or account?
No. They get a personal checkout link, enter their info once, and it’s saved — so next time they just confirm their handle and item.
Can I connect Instagram from my phone?
Connecting Instagram is a one-time step on a desktop browser (using an Instagram Business account). After that, you can run everything from your phone.
What does the Sales Assistant post for me?
