How to Download Your Shipping Labels

Once you’ve purchased a label, you can download and print it straight from your dashboard. It lives in the Purchased tab — here’s how to grab it.

TL;DR
  • Open the Purchased tab in the top menu.
  • Click the download arrow next to your order to get the label PDF.
  • A second arrow downloads the SCAN form (only needed for multi-package drop-offs).

Step by step

  1. Go to the Purchased tab

    After you buy a label, the order moves to the Purchased tab in the top navigation. That’s where all your purchased labels live.

  2. Click the download arrow

    Next to each order you’ll see download arrows. The first arrow downloads your shipping label as a PDF. The second arrow downloads your SCAN form — optional, and only used when dropping off multiple packages at USPS. More on SCAN forms →

  3. Open and print

    Open the downloaded PDF and print it. Stick it on your package and you’re ready to ship.

Common questions

Where do my labels go after I buy them?

Straight to the Purchased tab. They stay there, so you can re-download and reprint anytime.

What’s the second download arrow for?

That’s your SCAN form — one barcode USPS can scan to accept all your packages at once. Handy when you’re dropping off several at a time.

Can I reprint a label later?

Yes — just return to the Purchased tab and click the download arrow again.
