Universal Customers make checkout faster and more secure on every Thryft Ship shop — save your info once and it carries over, while you stay in full control of who sees what.
- Tick “Save my info” at checkout to become a Universal Customer.
- Your saved address and details then pre-fill on any Thryft Ship seller’s form.
- Sellers only see what they need to ship your order with them — nothing about your activity with other shops.
What is a Universal Customer?
When you check out on any seller’s Thryft Ship form, you’ll see a checkbox like “Save my info for future purchases.” Tick it and Thryft Ship creates a secure customer profile just for you. That profile lets you:
- Store one or more shipping addresses.
- Update or edit your info anytime.
- Skip re-typing your details on future checkouts — with any Thryft Ship seller.
Who can see your info
This is the part people ask about most, so here it is plainly:
- A seller only sees the details needed to fulfill an order you placed with them — your name, shipping address, and contact info for that order.
- Sellers cannot see your order history or activity with other shops.
- Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe — they’re never stored on a seller’s side.

Do I have to save my info?
