What you’ll find
1. Customer Report
How many repeat buyers you have and how many packages you’ve shipped. You’ll see:
- Total packages shipped
- Packages sent to new customers
- Packages sent to repeat customers
Why it matters: a clear snapshot of how often people come back.
2. States
How many U.S. states you’ve shipped to — a fun look at your reach.
3. Savings
How much you’ve saved on shipping since using Thryft Ship, and where your money is going.
4. Shipment Report
How quickly you’re getting orders out the door. You’ll see:
- Average fulfillment time — how soon orders ship after a customer fills out your form
- Rate types — the rates you use most
Why it matters: spot your shipping patterns and stay consistent for your customers.
