Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

Thryft Ship Ship may collect, use, and distribute statistical information related to the usage of the website, Services, or traffic patterns in aggregate and de-identified form (“Aggregated Data”). Aggregated Data does not contain any Personal Information about you. An example could be: shipping volumes decline in June and July.

United States Postal Service (USPS): Thryft Ship and its partners operate under the regulations of the United States Postal Service (USPS). As part of this regulatory relationship, Thryft Ship collects specific information about you on behalf of the USPS. The USPS may also send us tracking data from their scans of your packages in the mailstream. We use this data to inform you about the status of your packages through services like USPS Tracking, detect fraud, and aggregate the data to improve services provided by both the USPS and us. Information collected on behalf of the USPS is used solely for their regulatory oversight function and not for other purposes.

As a condition of using Thryft Ship to access USPS services, you must agree to the USPS Privacy Act Statement and provide information that will be maintained in a Privacy Act System of Records by the Postal Service.

Privacy Act Statement: Your information will be used to facilitate the purchase of USPS postage and fulfill transactional reporting requirements for USPS postage systems. Collection is authorized by 39 U.S.C. 401, 403, and 404. Providing the information is voluntary, but if not provided, your transaction may not be processed.

The Postal Service does not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except to facilitate the transaction, act on your behalf or request, or as legally required. This includes the following limited circumstances:

To a congressional office on your behalf.
To financial entities regarding financial transaction issues.
To a USPS auditor.
To entities, including law enforcement, as required by law or in legal proceedings.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.

California “Shine The Light” Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. The California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”) provides California residents with specific privacy rights in certain circumstances.

Nevada Privacy Rights
