Labels Won’t Generate
A label stuck on “generating” usually means something hiccuped during checkout. It’s almost always fixable — here’s how to figure out what happened and get your label fast.

- “Stuck generating” = an error during checkout — usually a payment that didn’t clear, or the label not making it back to us.
- Check two things: did your payment go through? and where are the labels?

What “stuck generating” means
Labels stuck in generating typically mean an error occurred during the checkout process — either your payment wasn’t cleared, or the labels never made it back to us. Every case is a little different, so a couple of quick checks help us help you faster.
Check these two things first

Did the payment go through?
Check whether your payment method was accepted. Did you get a successful purchase email? Was your card charged?

Where are the labels right now?
Are they still in the Ready to Purchase section, or did they move to the Purchased tab? Knowing which tells us a lot.
