Here are some quick steps to ensure we generate a SCAN form for your labels
Once you create a SCAN Form, it can’t be changed or updated. But don’t worry — that’s usually not a problem!
If you buy more labels with the same Ship Date after generating a SCAN Form, just create a new SCAN Form for those additional labels. USPS® is totally fine with receiving multiple SCAN Forms from you 😊
If you decide not to ship one of the labels that’s already included in a SCAN Form — whether you’re holding off on shipping or requesting a refund — that’s okay too. You don’t need to do anything to the SCAN Form.
Leaving a package off the SCAN Form handoff doesn’t affect the other labels on the form, your ability to use that label later, or your chances of getting a refund. So no need to stress 👍
– Verify Scans: Always confirm that the postal worker has scanned your form before leaving the post office. This guarantees that your tracking information is updated in the system.
– Organize Packages: Group your packages together and attach the Scan Form in a visible spot to make it easy for the postal worker to find and scan.
