How to Schedule a Drop

2 min read·Updated July 2026

You can now line up a drop in advance and have it post automatically — so you can time it for when your audience is online, without being at your computer to hit post.

TL;DR
  • When you create a drop, choose Post now or Schedule for later.
  • Pick any date and exact time — it uses your local time.
  • It posts automatically. You can reschedule, edit, or post it early any time before it goes live.

How to schedule a drop

  1. Start a new drop

Create a new drop as usual in your Sales Assistant. In Drop Details, find the When to Post field.

  2. Choose “Schedule for later”

Pick the date and the exact time (hour, minute, and AM/PM). Times use your own local time — no time zones to figure out.

  3. Add your items as normal

Upload your photos, set captions and prices, then continue to Review & Post.

  4. Schedule it

The button now reads “Schedule for [date].” Click it and you’ll see a “Drop scheduled!” confirmation with the go-live date and time.

Your drop now appears in your Drops list with a Scheduled badge.

Change a scheduled drop

Any time before it goes live, you can:

  • Reschedule — change the date or time.
  • Edit items and captions — tweak anything in the drop.
  • Post now instead — send it live right away.
When the scheduled time arrives, the drop posts automatically — you don’t need to be online.
