If an item fails to post on the Thryft Ship Sales Assistant due to an Instagram media error, retry posting after the drop finishes, or post it yourself and Link Post it back so comments and checkout work.
If the Thryft Ship price does not match your caption: fix the price in Inventory, mark the correct bids accepted in the comment view, and edit the caption on Instagram if needed.
Can Thryft Ship do soft closes? Not really, and we don\u2019t recommend it. If you do, mark soft-close items Expired right after closing your drop, then handle each one manually.
Bidding and Buy It Now are drop-level on Thryft Ship. To keep one item open bidding among Buy It Now items, use a separate drop or set a very high Buy It Now price and note it in the caption.

Sort your photos before a Thryft Ship drop: keep each item together in shooting order, sort your folder on Mac or Windows, and upload JPEGs or PNGs, not HEICs.
