What is your Thryft Ship link?

Think of it as your unique handle, just like your @username on Instagram. It opens a secure form connected to your Thryft Ship account where customers fill in their shipping details — no more manual data entry or chasing down addresses in your DMs. And with Payments turned on, the same link becomes a full checkout: customers enter their info and pay, in one go.

Where to find it

Log in and look at the top right corner of your dashboard — click Copy Customer Link and your link is on the clipboard, ready to paste anywhere.

Changed your Instagram handle? Your link is tied to your handle — so if you change your handle, your link changes too. Re-copy it from the dashboard and update it everywhere you’ve shared it (saved replies, Linktree, bio).

Common questions

Does my link ever change?

Only if you change your Instagram handle. Otherwise it’s the same link every time — no need to generate a new one per customer or per sale.

Can customers use the same link more than once?

Yes — it’s one permanent link for all customers, every sale. Returning buyers are recognized automatically and their info pre-fills.

My customer says the form looks outdated or won’t load. What happened?

They’re probably opening an old version of your link (often after a handle change). Re-copy your link from the dashboard and send it again — that fixes it.
