And this time, it’s better than ever.
Let’s break down exactly what you can now see in your new and improved Stats section:
1. Customer Report
Ever wonder how many repeat buyers you’ve had? Or how many total packages you’ve shipped?
The Customer Report page gives you that insight and more.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Total packages shipped
Packages sent to new customers
Packages sent to repeat customers
Why it matters: You get a clear snapshot of how often people are coming back (spoiler: they love your stuff).
2. States
The States page is a fun one – it tells you exactly how many U.S. states you’ve shipped to. You can also see your top 3 most-shipped-to states and how many shipments you’ve made to them.
Why it matters: It’s a great way to understand where your customers are coming from and where your products are traveling.

This page helps you get smart about your spending. It breaks down all your payment-related info, including:

You’ll be able to view:
Average fulfillment time: how soon orders are shipped after someone fills out your form
Rate Types: common rates you use to ship
