Once a customer wins an item, Thryft Ship automatically sends them a secure checkout link through Instagram DM. The entire process is automated so you don't need to track invoices, totals, or shipping manually.
If a customer BINs or claims an item, they immediately receive a response on the comment saying:
The Sales Assistant then automatically sends the customer a DM with their checkout link.

The checkout link contains everything the customer needs to complete their order.
When the customer clicks Checkout Now, they are taken to a secure checkout page with their full order.

If your drop uses bidding, checkout links are sent after the auction ends.
This ensures that the customer receives a single checkout with everything they won during the auction.
If a customer has checked out with Thryft Ship before, their address can be securely saved (with their consent).
Shipping is automatically applied during checkout based on the shipping rules you set in your settings.
Once configured, Thryft Ship automatically calculates the correct shipping amount for every order.
If open bags are enabled, customers will see two options when checking out:
Open bags allow customers to combine multiple purchases into one shipment.
After checkout, customers recieve a confirmation of purchase message and a button to close bag . Customers can close their bag at any time using this button in their checkout. Any additional purchases they make will show a checkout with the options to "add to open bag" or "Checkout and close bag"

Customers have 24 hours to complete checkout before the link expires.
If a customer does not pay, you can reopen the checkout link or sell the item to another buyer directly from the Sales Hub dashboard.
If local pickup is enabled, customers can select it during checkout.
