Labels being stuck in generating typically means some kind of error has occurred during the checkout process. Either your payment was not cleared, or the labels never it made it back to us. Its always a unique situation.
First things first, check to see if the payment method was accepted. Did you receive a successful purchase email? Was your card charged?
Second, where are the labels? Are they still in the “ready to purchase” section, or have they moved to the “purchased” tab?
