Get paid right through Thryft Ship. Learn how to turn on Payments, how customers check out, fees and payouts, and the settings that make collecting money simple.
With payments enabled on Thryft Ship, you can pay for labels straight from your balance, fee-free. Here are all your payment options and how they work.
Don’t see your bank when setting up Thryft Ship payouts? You can enter your bank details manually and get paid to any US account. Here’s how.
Bought a label but the customer still owes you? Check your other payment apps first (Venmo, PayPal); if they still owe, create a new order for the amount owed and have them pay that.
Your first Thryft Ship payout takes about 7–14 days; after that payouts are automatic. Need it now? Instant payouts arrive in ~30 minutes for 1.75% (min $0.50, max $9,999).
Send a customer their money back in a couple of clicks. Open Payments and click their payment (or get there from the order receipt), then click Begin refund.
A “pending” payment in Thryft Ship just means the customer’s payment is approved but still settling through Stripe. It moves to your available balance automatically.
