Marlee
April 6, 2026

Why Is My Thryft Ship Page Buffering?

Are you running into a problem where your Thryft Ship page looks like this?

Your browser does not support the video tag.

No need to worry — it’s usually an easy fix!

If your Thryft Ship page is buffering, freezing, or acting a little glitchy, the issue is often your browser cache. Your browser saves older versions of websites to help pages load faster, but sometimes that stored data can get in the way after updates.

The good news: this can usually be fixed by simply clearing your browser cache.

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Press Command + Shift + Delete
  3. Set the time range to All time
  4. Check Cached images and files
