If a comment did not register as a bid on Thryft Ship, open the item, use View All Comments, and mark the bid accepted to record it manually.

If a Thryft Ship checkout message did not send, mark the item expired and Resend Checkout, wait for it to expire and resend, or sell to someone else.
When a Thryft Ship winner does not pay: resend the checkout link, offer the item to the next bidder, or sell it to someone else from your dashboard.
If a Thryft Ship customer hits Buy It Now and also has open bids, use Delayed BIN or a checkout-message note so they get one combined checkout.
